The Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) versus presidential hopeful Pelonomi Venson-Moitoi case has been moved to the Gaborone High Court and will be heard by a panel of three judges namely Chief Justice Terence Rannowane, Justice Godfrey Radijeng and  Justice Abednico Tafa.

 

Venson-Moitoi  is seeking to interdict the ruling party from holding the highly anticipated presidential election scheduled for Friday April 5 in Kang.
