Oodi murder suspects accused of delaying tactics

Prosecution has accused Oodi murder suspects, Enerst Legwale and Hamadi Nkhuha of playing delaying tactics in order to avoid their case to be committed to High Court for commencement of trial.

This comes after the committal of their case to the High Court was postponed for the second time yesterday at the Broadhurst Magistrate’s Court.

Back in September 2015 at Oodi village, Legwale allegedly hired Nkhuha and another one, who is still on the run, to kill his then wife Dimpho Meswele. But the hitmen mistakenly killed her sister Thato Meswele.
