Man, 31, drowns in Moshupa Dam

Police in Moshupa are investigating a case in which a 31-year-old man drowned whilst swimming in a dam yesterday.

Moshupa Police Station commander superintendent, David Ramoseki, said they received the report of the incident at around 5pm.

Ramoseki said the man who alerted the police of the incident said he was sitting nearby the dam at Maunatlala ward in Moshupa, whilst the deceased was on the other side of the dam swimming.  Ramoseki added that the witness said that the man suddenly disappeared.
