Setlakgosi JSS came out tops regionally with a pass rate of 72.8% followed by Thamani JSS with 64.5%, which also made it to top 10 countrywide.
In addition, Central region also dominated in the top 10 best performing schools nationally with Orapa JSS scooping the first position, followed by Selebi-Phikwe’s Meepong JSS, Makhubu and Phatsimo JSS at position two, seven and eight respectively.
The contest had 10 beautiful young girls as finalists and unfortunately only one could wear the crown.The judges picked Anicia Gaothuse. To all those who feel their contestant should have won ahead of Anicia for whatever reason, hardly; the judges found Anicia to be the best among the best, so desist from disrespecting our newly crowned queen on social media or anywhere else, for that matter!
