A case in which Bulela Ditswe loser for Lobatse constituency, Kamal Jacobs, is challenging the legitimacy of Mokgweetsi Masisi as the president of the Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) has been postponed until afternoon.

The presiding Judge Michael Mothobi was unimpressed with the lawyer Otlaadisa Kwape representing the Attorney General (AG)'s conduct wondering why the government's principal advisor was not in court.

Kwape had told the court that after reading the answering affidavit filed by Jacobs' lawyers he then consulted the AG Abraham Keetshabe who responded that he wanted to respond to one or two issues.
