The urgent Court case involving BOPEU’s two warring parties which was scheduled for the High Court in Lobatse on Friday last week has been moved to August 9, after Paul Mudzimo the lawyer representing anti-Mogwera’s forces requested for time to respond to the bulky answering affidavit filed by BOPEU, in turn the Court also gave BOPEU some time to respond to the applicants’ response.

The case is before Justice  Godfrey Nthomiwa. Meanwhile  on Friday  the attorneys from both sides were hackling over   a critical legal issue as  Mudzimo wanted to bring a fresh application for his clients.

But BOPEU lawyers were unhappy with the stance  as they felt  the other party should  just  withdraw their High Court case and file a new matter.
