PALAPYE: A 'civil' war has erupted between diamond mining sides, Orapa United and Jwaneng Galaxy over the tapping up of players, with the latest being Gift Moyo who is agitating for a move.

Orapa accuse Galaxy of using underhand tactics to recruit their players, which started with Thabang Sesinyi.  Orapa assistant chairperson, Kennekae Nkape said Galaxy was in the habit of disrupting their players, who then, demand a move away from the Ostriches.  He said Galaxy would then pounce and sign the unsettled player.

He cited the case of Sesinyi who moved from Orapa to Galaxy two seasons ago.
