Tsabong complex bouncer arrested for murder

Samuel Kgatwane 25, a bouncer at Tsabong shopping complex was yesterday remanded in custody before Broadhurst Magistrates Court facing a single count of murder.

Kgatwane is suspected to have stabbed Karabo Thabiso Segwagwe 21 with a knife at Tsabong shopping complex in the early morning hours of  Sunday, following an argument. 

The police revealed that the Segwagwe’s friends claimed that they were innocently passing by Tsabong shopping complex from Block 8 location to ask for directions to a party, but got into a misunderstand with the people they were asking directions from.

that their misunderstanding resulted in Kgatwane stabbing Segwagwe with a knife. His friends (the deceased’s) claim that after their brawl they drove away, only to realise that the deceased was stabbed after he passed out. 

Segwagwe was rushed to Nkoyaphiri clinic where on arrival he was rushed to Princess Marina Hospital, but unfortunately the doctors certified him dead on arrival. 

Kgatwane is due in court on June 12, 2018.
