Alleged Tlokweng Serial Rapists Further Remanded In Custody

Alleged two notorious Tlokweng serial rapists, Progressive Ndlovu, 31 and Thabelo Nfakazi Ndlovu were on Friday remanded in custody pending bail application.

Appearing before Extension II Magistrate Lenthabile Willy, prosecution pleaded with court to further remand the duo pending bail application, as their substantive magistrate was absent.

Tlotlang Balathwa, representing the State, told the court that he heard that the duo had made their bail application but pleaded with the court to set another mention date in which they will move the application before their substantive magistrate.
