State commits Montshiwa murder case to High Court

The Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP) will this week commit to trial the case of the murder of former Fairgrounds Holdings CEO to the High Court.

Investigations into the killing of Michael Montshiwa have been ongoing while the accused have been appearing at Village Magistrate’s Court.

The investigating officer in the matter, Sergeant Marapo confirmed that the matter is ready to be committed to the High Court for trial.
