Wasteful TAFIC Held By Gilport Lions

FRANCISTOWN: TAFIC will have themselves to blame for earning a 1-1 draw during their weekend’s BTC Premiership encounter against struggling Gilport Lions after they dominated play.

The match was also characterised by a violent scene. Gilport Lions mentor Mandivega Paradzayi clashed with some TAFIC supporters as he made his way to the tunnel. One of the supporters threw a stone that caught Paradzayi on the leg.

The Gilport coach was unhappy with match officiating; something which irked a small section of the TAFIC supporters.
