BOFEPUSU wants Masisi to prioritise workers affairs

Speaking to the media today, the federation’s publicity secretary Mogomotsi Motshegwa says when Masisi takes over April 1, 2018, he should “put first labour relations. We want him to seriously improve labour relations in the country which is at its lowest, restore workers council independent of political interference, improve the plight of the workers and repel draconian laws which have closed democratic space of workers like the Trade Union Act, Proposed amendment on Public Service act”.
He said they planned drafting workers manifesto to present to any political party showing commitment to the workers’ course.
