MAJWANENG: The Managing Director of Security Systems, Daniel Nkgetse has called for shared responsibilities in schools amongst teachers, pupils and parents.

When giving a motivational speech during a prize-giving ceremony at Molebatsi Primary School on Friday. Nkgetse, who is also the school patron, said that all of the three stakeholders have their responsibilities in every child’s education. Molebatsi Primary School is located in Majwaneng village in the Tswapong area.

He said that teachers’ responsibility is to guide and teach learners while parents on the other hand must provide resources and pay school fees as well as following up on their home works. He said learners on the other hand must know that they are the main stakeholders. “Each of the three stakeholders has a responsibility to take and make sure that it is done. Students who are the major stakeholders must do their work, which is learning and make a better future for themselves, the community and the government.
