“We believe that we are doing so many things in a one initiative because while the team is benefiting from these funds, our pageant would also benefit a lot when moving forward in their pageant career. “We want to pull more youth in sport because sport plays a very crucial role in the moral development of a person. The club has under 13, 17 and 21 players,” she added.

Chabaditsile explained that they had auditions in Kanye, Jwaneng, Lobatse, Gaborone, and hosted fashion shows and boot camps to arrive

at the 12 finalists who will be battling it out for the crown.

The finalist are Gaone Karema, Tshiamo Gaboitatolwe, Neo Sengalo, Letty Mothibedi, Thato Ntshabelang, Boitumelo Marera, Godiraone Kgautlhe, Tshepiso Ntesang, Katlego Kebinaefe, Kefilwe Rantleru, Tumelo Nthaka and Bontle Kokeletso.

“They are lot of challenges that a pageant can face along the way while trying to build her profile, that is why today I would encourage all the participants to believe that the competition is between themselves not other competitors,” she said.
