MOLEPOLOLE: The MP for Molepolole North Mohammed Khan says any opposition party that is anti-Umbrella for Democratic Change (UDC) is working with the ruling Botswana Democratic Party (BDP).

Speaking at a UDC rally in Borakalalo ward on Saturday, which had attracted multitudes from within and outside Molepolole, Khan warned against working outside opposition unity. “We cannot have an opposition party which only aims at discrediting other opposition parties. As opposition party members, we need to be careful with other opposition members who plan evil for others. As opposition, our role is clear - to unseat the ruling party. We should not be distracted by other people who claim to be on our side while speaking badly about us,” Khan said.

At the same rally, the UDC president, who is also the leader of the coalition partner, the Botswana National Front (BNF),  Duma Boko assured  that the UDC was still intact and would not be easily shaken.
