Barolong chief faces nuisance charges

LOBATSE; Barolong senior court representative, Kgosi Mompati Marumoloa will tomorrow stand trial for allegedly insulting fellow customary court subordinates, causing “havoc, nuisance behaviour and disturbing the public peace”

The 67-year-old is the third in command in the customary court.

Marumoloa is being charged in connection with a February 12 incident at Goodhope customary court in which he allegedly hurled insults at his subordinates accusing them of betraying him.
