Francistown dominate tennis Open

FRANCISTOWN: Tennis youngsters from here were at their best during the recent Francistown Junior Open Championship, clinching the majority of the titles. Over 75 children aged between five and 19 from Gaborone, Serowe, Selebi-Phikwe, Orapa and the hosts took part.

The young tennis players, both males and females competed in the Under-10, 12, 14, 16 and 18 categories.

National team sensation, Leungo Monnayoo, 13, from BDF Donga Tennis Club was the toast of the tournament.
