The Honorary Consul of Ghana to Botswana, Opare Kumi has called on fellow Ghanaians to unite and fight for their country’s development. Kumi was speaking at Ghana’s 60th Independence anniversary on Monday.

“If we reach these goals then our Independence will be meaningful. We will have a Ghana beyond aid,” he said, reading excerpts from President Akuffo Addo’s speech.
