The Botswana Federation of Public and Private Sector Unions (BOFEPUSU) says it has uncovered a plot by Government to fire its secretary general, Tobokani Rari.

According to Rari’s deputy, Ketlhalefile Motshegwa, the federation has “strong information” that Government is hatching a plan to dismiss Rari from work in the same way ‘I was dismissed’”.

Motshegwa was dismissed from his job at the Francistown City Council in mid-2015.
