Foul-mouthed Barolong chief charged

LOBATSE: Barolong senior court representative, Kgosi Mompati Marumoloa (67) was yesterday arraigned before chief magistrate, Mareledi Dipate on charges of causing havoc, nuisance behaviour and disturbing public peace.

Marumoloa is alleged to have on February 12, 2017 used insults on his subordinates over allegations of backstabbing. According to the charge sheet, Marumoloa is alleged to have uttered the following words; “Ke gore di tribal administrator tsa kgotla e ba rata go seba ka leina lame.

Fa marago a bone a baba a seba ka leina lame, mme nna ga nke ke tsena mo maragong a bone, ke ta a betsa batho gore ke ba busetse ko ba tswang teng” (Tribal administrators of this court like to talk about me behind my back.
