Police Dismiss Abduction Rumours

FRANCISTOWN: The police have interviewed and cleared two men who were allegedly trying to abduct primary school pupils at Mophato, Marudu and Satellite primary schools.

The reaction of the police comes just days after the city fell into the grip of an abduction scare.

Recently social media reports emerged that there were two men driving black and white BMW sedans who were seen trying to lure children from the three schools into their cars with a view of abducting them.
