Clap Your Hands (CYH) 6th Edition promises to be one the biggest end of year events to watch out for according to its organisers FlamboyantBW Entertainment.

In an exclusive interview with The Monitor CYH brand custodian Tshimologo Bonang, stated that they are humbled by the growth of the event, which started running in 2011 with a crowd of 2100 to 7500 last year stating that they appreciate the support they receive from their loyal followers.

He also said that for this year they will be going all out to ensure that they deliver an out of this world lifestyle event that will be memorable to their supporters. “For the sake of delivering a brilliant quality show, we started preparations which included sourcing and securing of stages, sound, lights and booking of artists as early as March this year,” he said.  Clap Your Hands is hosted annually in Palapye on December 24 and its name was inspired by Zakes Bantwini’s hit song Clap Your Hands at the festival’s 1st edition. The name signifies entertainment that has never been to Palapye before, which encourages social responsibility as well as exposing Palapye and its business community to the rest of the country.
