Unknown and upcoming acts staged some impressive performances on their respective crafts during the second season of Motswrapoetry (MRP) at Thapong Arts Centre over the weekend.

Motswrapoetry is an open stage event that gives upcoming and underdog artists a platform to exhibit their crafts that range from poetry, music, fashion to comedy.

Despite having established artists such as Chrome and Mr Molz performing on Saturday, upcoming acts stole the show and most of them were young rappers. One notable crew was Motswakoholic, a Motswako rap duo.
