Mmegi photojournalist KAGISO ONKATSWITSE was among crowds that yesterday witnessed the historic arrival of Namibian President Hage Geingob on a two-day state visit. Geingob, who was a refugee in Botswana in 1962, yesterday became only the second head of state to address Parliament after former SA leader Thabo Mbeki in 2003.
