Sibanda sets eyes on World Junior Champs

Award winning Karabo Sibanda has set his sights on the IAAF World Junior Championships to be held in Poland early next month.

The youngster, who walked away with the sportsperson of the year award at the Botswana National Sport Commission (BNSC) awards held over the weekend, said the award has given him a confidence boost and he is eager to back it up with a good performance at the upcoming event.

“Since 2014 I have not won a gold medal so this is my last year competing for the juniors.
