This article comprises of four different labour relations topics. The article emphasises issues pertaining to Industrial Law. Industrial Law regulates the rights and obligations of trade unions and employers organisations of different sectors and industries.

Each issue will assist the reader to appreciate the rights and obligations of employer and employee and the general principles pertaining to such rights and obligations.
