No prize money for Mini-World Cup

Botswana batsmen, Saad Mohyuddin and Karabo Modise were crowned the most outstanding players during the ceremony. The duo displayed some exciting play during the tourney sponsored by the World Group of Companies. Mohyuddin was the best batsman with 249 runs. India’s Manu Michael was the best bowler after taking six wickets while Pakistan’s Shahzaib Khan was the Most Valuable Player (MVP).
Imraaan Sardar a director of the World of Companies said there was no prize money because all the sponsorship cash was used to buy kits, trophies, medals and 2,800 litres of fuel for a power generator since the games were played under flood-lights.
