Man caught allegedly emptying, tampering with graves in Serowe

SEROWE: Villagers here are still reeling in shock after a middle-aged man was reportedly caught unlawfully tampering with graves at the Serowe Cemetery commonly known as Goora-Seretse.

Serowe Police Station Commander Patrick Mbikiwa confirmed the incident to Mmegi yesterday. He said the incident was reported on Friday and the suspect arrested the same day.

Due to the oddness of this act, the police took the man for mental assessment on Tuesday and are still awaiting results.
