Francistown councillors: How they fared

Recently Francistown civic leaders marked the last seating the last seating of their ordinary full council meeting after five years of either talking their voices hoarse, or simply warming the comfortable chambers. Staff Writer CHAKALISA DUBE analyses whether the councilors brought anything to the table or if they only waited for month- end to smile all the way to the bank for their salaries and allowances.

The councillors are awarded stars on a scale of one to 10 in relation to their effectiveness during that period.
