Fairground Holdings gives musicians exposure

The organisers of the Botswana Consumer Fair, Fairground Holdings partnered with the Botswana Musicians Union (BOMU) to offer artists exposure at the show last week.

The organisers provided an outdoor stage where artists were able to perform to the multitudes that attended the show.  The artists performed during the weekend when attendance is usually at its peak.

Fairground Holdings chief executive officer, Mike Montshiwa, said with over 60,000 visitors at the fair every year, this was a rare opportunity for musicians to showcase their talent.
