The Permanent Secretary to the President, Eric Molale is set to retire from the public service in December, after 11 years as the head of the public service, The Monitor can reveal.


Molale has been revealing to his team of permanent secretaries in the various ministries that  he will be leaving the plum post he was appointed to in 2003 after his predecessor, Molosiwa Selepeng joined the diplomatic service. Molale, a master farmer in Borolong and Gaborone  holds a BA and an MS in Agricultural Economics and a Diploma in Experimental Statistics.
