Poso Card and the Post Office: Response to Sandy Grant

Please allow us to respond to ‘our friend’ at the Post, Sandy Grant for his valuable feedback in his column Etcetera II that appeared in your publication dated Monday June 16, 2014. We call him‘our friend’, because Grant has been our loyal customer for years at Oodi Post Office and has through his column and various fora given us valuable feedback which we highly appreciate.

In his column titled The Poso Card and the Post Office, Grant outlines his discomfort in one of the requirements of our newly introduced offering PosoCard, which is an electronic smart card that will replace the current coupons system used to pay social beneficiary money.

We apologise to Grant and indeed other customers who may have interpreted or received the incorrect information regarding social services beneficiaries whose pensions are currently paid through their personal bank accounts.
