Physical and mental capacity of the learner is greatly influenced and developed by the efficacy and professional prowess of the teacher whilst interacting with the learner during the learning.  Without a teacher human development process would be a task too insurmoutable to attain.

To the learner, an effective teacher with good interactive skills and techniques of teaching influences and motivates the mind of a learner. To the learner a teacher becomes a good role model whom the students envy and even start to emulate his/her mannerisms, character and lifestyle,  developing self confidence and understanding, based on how a teacher applies and articulates issues of learning.
