TSOLAMOSESE: In what may go down as a classic case of deception a Tsolamosese neighbour has managed to drive a poor woman from her home of 29 years and occupied and built a new house there. It is a case of corrupt land board officials colluding with the moneyed and a legal system that appears to favour the rich against the poor.

There are fears that the poor woman’s signature may have been forged to look like she had consented to giving away her land after her signature was found on some documents at the Broadhurst Court.

The land board officials in Mogoditshane do not care about her troubles either, while the village chief also does not care.
