#CrossOkavango expedition team to arrive in Maun today

The Cross Okavango Delta Expedition team is expected to arrive in Maun today (Friday) four days ahead of scheduled arrival.

The arrival will mark the completion of an adventurous journey by travelling duo Thalefang Charles of Mmegi and Pako Lesejane of Botswana Guardian, through the Okavango Delta from Shakawe to Maun by mokoro (dugout canoe).

Charles, the expedition team leader, told Mmegi on Thursday that they would spend the night at Boro village and complete the trip on Friday.
