President should state his special Parliament agenda

This week the National Assembly will meet under a special dispensation after the President called the meeting as permitted by the Constitution.

The special meeting, we are told, will afford the legislators to discuss the National Development Plan 11, and nothing else.

We are yet to hear what is so urgent about NDP 11, than the plight of 5000 miners who are going to be axed at the end of this week following the placement of BCL Group under provisional liquidation less than two weeks ago.
