Assistant referee, Meshack Medupe is the only Botswana match official chosen to handle this year's COSAFA Under-20 tournament in Bloemfontein, South Africa from December 6-15.

Others are Da Silva Lemos Julio (Angola), Ngolanga Chalvin (Malawi), Changeea Sanjaye (Mauritius), Patricio Gimo Alvaro (Mozambique), Mukucha Oswald (Zimbabwe), Rezzer Andrew and Somi Luyanda (both South Africa).
Recently, another Motswana, Tebogo Ramocha officiated the COSAFA Senior Challenge in Zimbabwe as the centre referee.
Ramocha performed well particularly in the game between the hosts, Zimbabwe and Lesotho.
Six referees have been appointed to officiate at the annual junior COSAFA tournament.
They include Phomane Paul (Lesotho), Tiyehho Alex (Namibia), Lebrosse Jean-Claude (Seychelles), Nhleko Simanga (Swaziland) and Sikazwe Janny (Zambia).
Meanwhile, the Young Zebras are in Group C together with Zimbabwe and Lesotho. South Africa, Namibia, Seychelles and Comoros make up Group A. Group B consists of Mozambique, Madagascar and Swaziland while Angola, Zambia and Mauritius are in Group D. The participating nations are expected to arrive in South Africa between December 4-5.
The opening ceremony will be on December 6.
South Africa and Namibia will play the opening game. Botswana starts its campaign against Zimbabwe on December 7 in Dobsonville at 2pm.
It meets Lesotho on December 11 at the Eldorado Park at 5pm for its last group match.
The group winners will progress to the semi-finals to be played on December 13 while the losers' final and the final will be played on December 15.
