Phakalane Estates in talks with Sunway City

Industrial Development Corporation of Zimbabwe Ltd's subsidiary, Sunway City Pvt Ltd, is in talks with Phakalane Estates of Botswana for a possible partnership.

Sunway City Pvt Ltd is a real estate and property development company that is currently developing Sunway City Residential Park, Sunway City Industrial Park and Export Processing Zone Park just outside Harare. Nhlanhla Masuku, Sunway City consultant, said they identified Phakalane Estates as possible partners that suit their kind of business.

"We identified them and now we are in discussions. We believe going forward there could be a strategic partnership," said Masuku, who was part of a 20-member delegation that visited Botswana last week.
