Teams Vital To Goals BOCCIM Seminar

The Chief Executive Officer of First National Bank Botswana, Lorato Boakgomo-Ntakhwana, has urged supervisors to ensure that their organisations fulfil their missions by building outstanding teams.

Speaking at BOCCIM's 4th Supervisors Forum in Gaborone last week, Boakgomo-Ntakhwana said successful teams are critical for successful organisations.

The two-day seminar was themed 'Building Outstanding Teams for Superior Delivery.' Its objective was to build teams that deliver and successfully achieve strategic goals aimed at enabling organisations to serve their customers better, especially in hard times like the current recession.
