According to owner Emmanuel James, they decided to be unique in their operations because they are customer oriented. " We are controlled by customer needs, " James said. The 24-hour schedule means that customers can come in any time of the day they feel like training. The gym has got some state-of-the-art customer detection system, which only allows recognised faces or fingerprints to go through the entrance. This therefore makes it impossible for intruders to gain access into the gym, especially after peak hours. Apart from the flexible schedule, the gym has got classes varying from aerobics, spinning and dances at different intervals during the day. Qualified instructors supervise all classes. James told Monitor that they found that there is some gap in the market, where some people cannot train because by the time they are off duty, all gyms are closed. He said it was their dream to see the gym expanding and offering even better services to its clients. "We want to have a home grown product, as almost 99 percent of our employees are locals," he said.

The new gym boasts state-of-the-art equipment for all types of training, cardio, strength and any other types of training. There are also shower rooms that make it convenient for customers to shower immediately after training, whether they are going to work or home.

The gym has affordable individual and corporate rates. The rates differ according to hours of operation of the gym, which are peak and off-peak. James said people come to them with different fitness needs and they design programmes for them based on their needs. He said they also cater for teams and sports clubs. Despite the long operating hours, James said they are not compromising their customers' health and safety. He said they assess fitness levels of all individuals before embarking on any exercise regimen. The gym is fitted with CCTV cameras and clients can be monitored from anywhere in the gym during exercise sessions. Qualified first aid personnel and first aid equipment are also available on site during peak hours of the gym.

A client, who preferred anonymity, said he found the operating hours of the gym to be very convenient. "I do not have to rush to the gym after work, the gym is always open and I train at my own time, that's the good thing about it," he said.
