Delaying tactics' delay murder trial

LOBATSE: The case in which a twelve year old boy is expected to testify about the death by stabbing of his 24 year old sister is expected to resume today (Thursday).

The accused, a former policeman, is alleged to have stabbed his former girlfriend, Tshegofatso Phelelo, and killed her with a sharp instrument last year January in Phokoje in Gaborone.
