Hobona unchallenged in F/town West BCP primaries

FRANCISTOWN: There seem to be no love lost between the Botswana Congress Party (BCP) and its Francistown West parliamentary hopefuls who view the party’s decision not to hold primaries in their constituencies as 'undemocratic'.

The BCP confirmed that it has decided against holding the party parliamentary primaries in Francistown West but one of the hopefuls in that constituency is not taking things lying down.

While Itekeng Ward councillor Professor Lazarus Tlou decided to be cautious, his comrade, Baathodi Monyatsi scoffed at the decision not to hold the primaries.
