SELEBI-PHIKWE: 'Drunks off the roads!' This was a warning from a combined force of Botswana Police, Motor Vehicle Accident Fund (MVAF) and the Department of Roads and Transport Services to imbibers of the holy waters who were caught red-handed on Selebi-Phikwe streets.
