Marsh, Alexander Forbes merger boosts clients

The acquisition of Alexander Forbes Risk Services by Marsh has created a large pool of qualified and skilled risk advisory & insurance broking professionals across specialisations such as mining, construction, parastatals and corporate.

Both the Alexander Forbes Risks Services and Marsh businesses are operating under one roof effective from December 2013. Marsh Botswana managing director, Fritzgerald Dube told Mmegi Business.

“The new organisational structure has been designed specifically to improve overall service levels to clients, as well as to produce divisions that will provide specialist knowledge to different segments of our client base,” Dube said during a client appreciation event last week.
