Paul denies Amrouche rift

Pio Paul has denied reports that he clashed with Zebras coach, Adel Amrouche during the recent friendly match between Botswana and Egypt in Cairo.

Paul, who is national Under-20 coach, travelled with the senior team after the Belgian roped him into the set-up early this month.

This followed the departure of Mogomotsi ‘Teenage’ Mpote as Amrouche’s assistant. Letang Kgengwenyane is now the Zebras assistant coach.
