Man kills girlfriend in son's view

Thamaga police are investigating a murder and an attempted suicide after a 42-year-old man killed his 39-year-old girlfriend in front of their 13-year-old son last night.

The murder incident occurred at Kumakwane village, while the attempted suicide occurred in Gabane village where the suspect resides.

Thamaga police station commander superintendent Moses Kwarare confirmed investigating the two cases when Mmegi reached the station for comment.
