GU Postpones AGM Yet Again

BTC Premiership side, Gaborone United (GU) have once again postponed their Annual General Meeting (AGM) after the gathering failed to form a quorum.

The meeting was initially scheduled for August 10 but was postponed. Over the weekend, only 87 out of the 1,050 members turned up for the meeting, thus forcing the executive committee to postpone the vital meeting to next Saturday.

“Our constitution outlines that there should at least be a third of the club’s membership. But today only just over 80 members are present.
