Kgosi's Properties Seized While Bedridden In Malaysia

Whilst former director general of the Directorate of Intelligence and Security (DIS), Isaac Kgosi is still hospitalised in Malaysia, the Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has moved swiftly to seize some of his properties.

The said properties are believed to be proceeds of crime. On Friday, Lobatse High Court Judge Tebogo Tau issued an order directing the seizure of Kgosi’s properties including his farm, money, his Phakalane home and motor vehicles.

Kgosi has been a subject of investigations by the Directorate on Corruption and Economic Crime and DIS for possible tax evasion and corruption since his arrest early in the year.
