Mamelodi, BFA fight reaches Court of Appeal

Former Botswana Premier League (BPL) chief executive officer, Bennett Mamelodi’s attempts to clear his name following a damning forensic audit in 2017, continue today as he returns to court.

Mamelodi is appealing last year’s High Court decision, where he lost his challenge to have the forensic audit declared null and void.

A full bench of the Court of Appeal will hear the case.
