Fresh evidence links accused to triple murder

Chief Magistrate, Lenah Oahile-Mokibe of Broadhurst Magistrate’s Court told the accused in the tripple murder of a Phase 2 family, Kativa Diwanga, that evidence presented by the investigating officer links him to the gruesome incident.

Oahile-Mokibe told Diwanga this after he gave evidence at his arraignment.   

When giving evidence, Diwanga said on June 8, 2019 he offered accommodation to a Tanzanian man at his place in Francistown.
